Go Spatial Limited GIS data Products provided hereunder are provided "as is" and Go Spatial Limited expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties as to the accuracy of the data and merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and further expressly disclaims responsibility for all incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the data. The Customer acknowledges such disclaimers of warranty and expressly waiver all warranties express or implies and waives any right of claim for damages incidental, consequential or special, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Data.

2. Refunds and Replacement
Go Spatial Limited cannot provide refunds for products downloaded from the GoSpatial.com website. Sample data is available for free download so that potential customers may evaluate the suitability of the data for their particular purpose. Persons considering the purchase of Go Spatial Limited data products are encouraged to download the sample data before purchasing any Go Spatial Limited data products. Go Spatial Limited will replace, free of charge, any files corrupted by the download process.
