provideVector Data at
1:1,000,000 scale as compressed ESRI ShapeFiles (.shp). True color Satellite Imagery and the Shaded Relief
Images are supplied as JPEG (.jpg) files. Digital Elevation Models (DEM) are in Band Interleaved (.bil)
format. The pixel resolution of all raster imagery sets is one pixel to one kilometer.
All digital geographic data products are packaged into 52 separate geographic areas for convenient download.
Predefined ArcView project files are included for EarthBase vector GIS. Complete instructions for use in ArcMap
and MapInfo available here. All imagery products come with world files for easy
georeferencing and are spatially registered with our vector products.
